Our Bell Tent is available for £250 per weekend. It is ideal for sleepovers, pamper parties, outdoor cinema evenings, baby showers and relaxed garden celebrations.

Space and access
Prepare a safe, accessible setup area
The Bell Tent needs approximately 8m x 8m of clear, level, peg-ready ground, with suitable access and parking nearby for delivery and collection. Tell us about slopes, steps, narrow access, underground services, overhead hazards or other site risks, and obtain venue permission before booking.
- Do not place pegs where underground services or other hazards may be present.
- Wishes may refuse an unsafe setup or propose a safer alternative.
- Any reasonable additional charge is limited to avoidable waiting or extra work caused by unmet agreed site requirements and will be explained first.

The £250 per weekend price applies to the Bell Tent hire package only. The first 25 travel miles are within the standard included service area; travel between 25 and 30 miles may attract a quoted charge. Difficult access and special setup requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
Weekend hire is subject to availability, suitable setup space, venue access, weather conditions and final confirmation.
