Our approach
We aim to use clear headings, readable text, meaningful labels, keyboard-friendly controls, visible focus states, sensible colour contrast and responsive layouts. We also respect a reduced-motion preference where the browser provides one.
The website has not been formally audited against a WCAG conformance level, so we do not claim that every page or interaction meets a particular WCAG standard. Accessibility can vary with the device, browser, assistive technology and the content being viewed.
Report a difficulty
If you cannot access information, complete an enquiry or use a control, please tell us what you were trying to do, the page address, your device or browser and the type of support that would help. Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Contact Wishes through the Contact page. We will consider reasonable requests for an alternative way to receive information or communicate about an enquiry.
Ongoing improvement
We review reported difficulties and make reasonable improvements as the website develops. This statement will be updated if our accessibility arrangements or contact process changes.
